Cancellation PolicyUp to 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount will be charged.
Within 7 days before arrival (or in case of a no-show): The full amount (100%) will be charged.
Identification & Age: A valid ID (passport or identity card) must be presented for each room upon check-in. The main booker must be at least 18 years old.
Occupancy & Visitors: Exceeding the maximum number of booked guests per room is strictly prohibited. External visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms.
Pets: Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bancontact, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express (AMEX).
