Stay & IdentificationIdentification & Age: A valid ID card or passport must be presented for each room upon check-in. The main booker of the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
Occupancy: Exceeding the maximum number of registered guests per room is not permitted.
Visitors: Visitors must register at the reception in advance and present valid identification upon request.
No-Visitor Policy for Rooms: To guarantee the peace, safety, and privacy of our guests, visitors are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Visitors may only be received in the common areas of the hotel, subject to prior approval from reception.
Smoking Policy: A strict no-smoking policy applies throughout the entire hotel, including all guest rooms. The use of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking or vaping products is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a fixed fine of €250.00 will be charged.
Substances & Drugs: The use or possession of drugs, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), or other illegal substances is strictly forbidden. In case of violation, a fixed fine of €250.00 will be charged, and access to the hotel may be terminated immediately without any refund.
Fire Safety: The use of candles, open flames, or any other fire hazards is strictly prohibited.
Emergency Exits: Emergency exits may only be used in the event of an actual emergency.
Quiet Hours: We kindly ask our guests to observe quiet hours between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 07:00 (7:00 AM) to respect the rest of fellow guests.
Noise Levels: Please refrain from causing noise disturbances, including loud music, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise of any kind.
Behavior: Verbal or physical violence, threats, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Damages: Any damage caused to the hotel, rooms, inventory, or other properties of Hotel Cleo will be charged to the responsible guest.
Personal Belongings: Hotel Cleo cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Right of Entry: If necessary for the safety of guests, staff, or hotel property, Hotel Cleo reserves the right to enter a guest room.
In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, Hotel Cleo reserves the right to deny guests further access to the hotel without any right to a refund.
By making a reservation and checking in at Hotel Cleo, you declare that you agree to these house rules.
